If you proceed to purchase an automobile using our services, the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase, including governing Law and Venue, will be separately stated and explained in the offline purchase documents which will supplement and supersede the terms and conditions stated here.

At present we offer Advocar Services in the following 17 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming. If you are not located in one of those states, we regret that we cannot be of service at this time, although we hope to expand our operations into your state in the near future.
